In case of default Cooperative Societies 10.5 % of interest will be charged on overdue amount will be charged w.e.f. 01.04.2008 onward. |

In case of Coop. Transport Societies 2.5 % above the existing (contracted) rate on overdue amount will be charged. |

iii) |
In case of other than PACS, all Coop. Societies (Individual / Firm) 3 % over & above the existing (contracted rate on overdue amount will be charged. |

iv) |
In case of default member of the PACS 5 % over & above the existing (contracted) rate on overdue amount will be charged. |

v) |
In case of default in repayment of interest 10.5 % of interest will be charged on interest recoverable from the PACS w.e.f. 01.04.2008 onward. |

These rates will be effective on the loan sanctioned on or after 01-08-2020 |
